# Return & Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery)

This Return Policy applies to all **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders placed on **bangeuvape.com**. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

### 📦 1. Package Inspection Before Payment
We highly encourage you to utilize our **Package Inspection** service. You are allowed to open the shipping box and verify the items with the courier **before** handing over the cash. 
*   If the items are incorrect or severely damaged in transit, you may **reject the package on the spot** without paying anything.

### 📅 2. General Return Rules (30-Day Window)
If you have already accepted and paid for the package, you may request a return within **30 calendar days** from the date of delivery.
*   To be eligible for a return, the products must remain **unopened, unused, with the factory seal intact**, and in their original packaging. 
*   We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or accidental drops.

### 🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
Due to strict **European Health and Hygiene Regulations** regarding electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, we strictly **CANNOT** accept returns under the following circumstances:
*   Products where the factory seal has been broken or the device has been used.
*   Return requests submitted after the 7-day valid period.
*   Goods damaged during the return transit due to insufficient packaging by the customer.

### 🔄 4. Return Application Process
If your items meet the return criteria, please follow these steps:

2.  **Provide Proof:** Submit your order number and clear photos/videos of the products and original packaging.
3.  **Approval:** Once approved, we will provide you with the exact return warehouse address and instructions within 1-2 business days. Please keep your return shipping receipt.

### 💶 5. Return Shipping Fees
*   **Customer Error / Change of Mind:** If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
*   **Our Error:** If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong items dispatched, factory defective products), we will cover the return shipping costs. No additional handling fees will be charged.

### 💳 6. Refund Arrangement for COD Orders
Because your original payment was made in cash directly to the courier, **we cannot automatically reverse the payment to a credit card.**
*   Once we receive and inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, we will approve the refund.
*   The refund will be issued via **Bank Transfer (SEPA)** or another mutually agreed secure payment method. Our team will contact you directly to arrange the transfer details.

### ⚠️ 7. Unjustified Rejection & Failed Delivery
*   If you unjustifiably refuse to accept the package upon delivery without a valid reason, the package will be returned to us at a loss. 
*   In such cases of malicious rejection or multiple failed deliveries, we reserve the right to **permanently restrict your account, phone number, and address** from placing future orders on our website.
